Every Dwize Care Year has one named human at the operator end of the contract. That human is Arun Ranga — the person who answers your WhatsApp message, ships your two-day update, runs your monthly check-in, and signs your year-end handover letter if you choose not to renew.
Operator is a deliberate role title. Not account manager, not customer success, not founder/CEO. The job is to operate the year — carry one customer’s file end-to-end for 12 months, no relay, no queue, no escalation matrix. The eight covenants of the Care Year are what the operator is contractually accountable for.
