Every core Dwize product sale is a 12-month operating contract. The website, the app, the online store — whichever you choose — is what is delivered inside the year. The year is what you buy.

One year. A simple operating rhythm.

A Care Year keeps the delivered surface from becoming an abandoned launch. The rhythm is intentionally plain: kickoff, launch, monthly check-ins, in-scope updates, continuity, and renewal clarity before the year closes.

  • Day 1 — kickoff call, content checklist, delivery rhythm assigned.
  • Months 1–11 — monthly check-in, on-demand updates, security patches.
  • Day 305 — renewal preview with same-price covenant honored.

    Same-price renewal

    Renewal at the same product tier costs exactly Year 1 price. No annual hike, ever. Year 2 = Year 1, lifetime.

    Two-day update

    Any in-scope content update is live within 2 business days of receipt.

    Clear response path

    Every Care Year has the agreed WhatsApp and email path for requests, questions, and escalation.

    Dedicated Dwize team

    Every Care Year has a Dwize team responsible for the response, update, and continuity standard.

  • 05

    Monthly check-in

    Even when you are silent, Dwize reaches out at least once a month with a status update and one question.

  • 06

    Managed continuity

    Dwize monitors the delivered surface, applies maintenance, and responds to service issues through the agreed Care Year path.

  • 07

    Honest 30-day out

    If at any point in the first 30 days you are not satisfied, we refund pro-rata and offboard cleanly.

  • 08

    No-lock-in handover

    At the end of any Care Year, if you do not renew, we provide content/data exports, DNS instructions, deployment guidance, agreed artifacts, and 30 days of read-only hosting.

    Inquiry & contract

    Fit confirmed in a short call. One-page contract sheet within 24 hours. Delivery rhythm assigned.

  2. Stage 02 · Day 2–7

    Onboard & content

    Kickoff call. Content checklist over WhatsApp or email. Brand assets uploaded. Dwize carries the file.

  3. Stage 03 · Day 7–45

    Build & launch

    Build to scope. One or two milestone reviews. Go-live walkthrough. Launch report. Site / App / Store / Brand live.

  4. Stage 04 · Day 45–305

    Operate the year

    12 in-scope updates. Hosting, security patches, OS-update compatibility. Monthly status. Quarterly review for Store / Brand.
