The eight covenants

What every Care Year promises.

These appear in the contract appendix on every Care Year and govern how we operate the year for you.

    Written renewal

    Renewal price, scope, and terms are written before the next Care Year decision.

  2. 02

    Two-day update

    Any in-scope content update is live within 2 business days of receipt.

  3. 03

    Clear response path

    Every Care Year has the agreed WhatsApp and email path for requests, questions, and escalation.

  4. 04

    Dedicated Dwize team

    Every Care Year has a Dwize team responsible for the response, update, and continuity standard.

  5. 05

    Monthly check-in

    Even when the buyer is silent, Dwize reaches out at least once a month with a status update and one question.

  6. 06

    Managed continuity

    Dwize monitors the delivered surface, applies maintenance, and responds to service issues through the agreed Care Year path.

  7. 07

    Honest 30-day review

    If the fit is wrong in the first 30 days, the exit path is handled in writing.

  8. 08

    No-lock-in handover

    Brand, domain, content, customer data, and agreed exports remain portable at year-end.

What Dwize does not promise.

Trust is built as much by exclusions as by promises. These boundaries are deliberate — they make the things we DO promise more credible.

    No marketing hype

    We don’t promise first-page rankings, traffic guarantees, or revenue numbers. We promise dependable digital infrastructure operated for a year.

  • 02

    No vendor entrapment

    You stay because the year was good, not because leaving is hard. Year-end handover is clean and contractually mandated.

  • 03

    No hidden fees

    Annual price is the price. Pass-throughs (domain, app store fees) are listed at cost. No “renewal surprises”, no “scope creep” billing.

We do not fabricate testimonials or borrow screenshots. Customer references appear here only when attribution is permitted, and every listed reference must be directly verifiable.

Customer references remain permission-gated. Until a client approves attribution, the useful evidence is the public surface itself: identity, offer, operating terms, and an artifact you can inspect without a sales promise.
