These appear in the contract appendix on every Care Year and govern how we operate the year for you. Pricing is replicable; eight written and consistently honored covenants are not.

No marketing hype
We don't promise first-page rankings, traffic guarantees, or revenue numbers. We promise dependable digital infrastructure operated for a year.
No vendor entrapment
You stay because the year was good, not because leaving is hard. Year-end handover is clean and contractually mandated.
No hidden fees
Annual price is the price. Pass-throughs (domain, app store fees) are listed at cost. No "renewal surprises", no "scope creep" billing.
