01Will my existing Shopify orders, customers, and catalog come over?
"We move you" migration is included free with Store. Dwize extracts the catalog, customer list, and order history from Shopify (or WooCommerce / Wix / custom), maps it to the Dwize schema, and validates totals before cutover. Active subscribers and saved payment methods need fresh consent on the new domain — that is regulatory, not a Dwize limitation.
02What if I currently sell only on WhatsApp?
Store includes WhatsApp Business catalog sync as a first-class channel — your products appear in WhatsApp natively, and the chat-to-checkout flow stays. The web storefront becomes a parallel surface, not a replacement, so customers can continue the chat habit while orders, invoices, and tracking become easier to manage.
03Can I take international orders?
Optionally, yes. Razorpay supports international cards. Stripe and PayPal are optional bolt-ons. Shipping is handled via Shiprocket / Delhivery for India; international fulfilment requires a separate carrier setup, which we coordinate but is billed at cost. GST treatment differs for export — Dwize handles the invoice template change.
04What's my exit path if Dwize doesn't work for me?
First 30 days: pro-rata refund (covenant 07). After: at year-end, a clean offboard with content, catalog, customer list, order history, DNS instructions, and any contractually agreed export artifacts (covenant 08) plus 30 days read-only hosting at no cost. Razorpay and Shiprocket accounts are in your business identity, so they stay yours regardless.
05How does ONDC actually help my business?
ONDC is India's open commerce network. Store includes the ONDC seller setup path where category, account, catalog, and fulfilment readiness allow it. Whether it becomes meaningful depends on your category, pricing, serviceability, and operational discipline, so Dwize treats it as a channel to prepare correctly rather than a guaranteed order source.
