Read this before you read any quote
A price on a website quote can only be compared once you know what sits inside it. Pages, languages, who edits the text, who holds the domain, what happens in month thirteen: a quote that leaves these blank has not told you the price. This is the sheet we would want from any vendor, filled in for Dwize Site.
Prices and windows are as published in October 2026. Prices are GST inclusive unless marked as a pass-through. Where this sheet stops and your written scope begins, we say so, because the written scope you receive before payment is the document that binds.
The sheet at a glance
| Item | Dwize Site |
|---|---|
| Price | ₹49,900 for the 12-month Care Year, or ₹14,900 a quarter |
| Delivery | 15 business days from content lock |
| Pages | Up to nine, mobile-first, on one of three themes |
| Languages | English plus one Indian language, Hindi by default. Each extra language is ₹15,000 a year |
| Build | Static, coded pages. No CMS, no plugins, no PHP, no database |
| Contact paths | WhatsApp button, click-to-call, email routing |
| Search foundation | Sitemap, structured data, meta defaults, hreflang, Search Console, analytics, Google Business Profile foundation |
| Updates | 12 included content updates a year, each live within 2 business days of receipt; further in-scope updates ₹1,500 each, GST inclusive |
| Check-ins | Monthly, even when you are silent: a status note and one question |
| Continuity | Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and issue response through the Care Year path |
| Renewal | Price and scope written before the next Care Year decision |
| Exit | 30-day fit review, then a clean handover at year end |
The quarterly option deserves arithmetic. Four payments of ₹14,900 come to ₹59,600, which is ₹9,700 more than the annual price. Quarterly is a cash-flow convenience, not a discount. The rest of the line is on the pricing page.
What the nine pages look like
The scope names Home, About, Services or Products, Contact and Legal, with four more pages to spend as the business needs. Consider an illustrative CA practice in Jodhpur with four services. Home, About, one page each for GST, income tax, audit and company registration, Contact and Legal make eight pages. The ninth could be an FAQ.
That arithmetic is the real exercise. List every question a buyer asks before calling and give the biggest ones their own page. Whatever you buy, from us or anyone else, get the page list written down per language before you pay.
The search foundation, translated
“Search foundation” is a phrase that can hide a lot, and it appears on our own scope. Here is what each piece is, and what it is not.
| Piece | What it does | What it does not do |
|---|---|---|
| Structured data | Describes the business to Google in a machine-readable form. Google’s LocalBusiness documentation requires name and address and recommends a telephone number and opening hours | Promise any special result in Search |
| Search Console | A free Google service that shows whether Google can crawl your site and which queries show it | Rank you. It reports, it does not rank |
| hreflang | Tells Google your Hindi and English pages are versions of each other. Each version needs its own URL and must list the others | Translate anything |
| Mobile-first build | Google uses the mobile version of a site’s content for indexing and ranking, so the phone layout is the one that counts | Make a slow site fast |
| Speed | Core Web Vitals targets: LCP within 2.5 seconds, INP of 200 milliseconds or less, CLS of 0.1 or less, at the 75th percentile of page loads | Tell you how your site performs. Only measurements of real visits do that, so ask any vendor for field data |
| Business Profile foundation | Part of the scope. Bring your existing profile link, and the written scope states what is done on it | Change who owns the profile. Google gives ownership to whoever verifies the business, so make sure that is you |
None of this buys rankings. Google’s own page says there is no way to pay for a better local ranking, and our trust page says we do not promise first-page rankings, traffic or revenue. What a foundation does is remove reasons for Google, or a buyer, to doubt the site.
What is not in the price
Some of these lines are exclusions and some are costs billed separately. Both belong on the sheet.
- A self-edit CMS. There is none for the client. Updates flow through Dwize.
- Online selling. Carts, payments and orders need Dwize Store or Brand.
- Integrations with a CRM, an ERP or dashboards. That is Dwize Suite, scoped and quoted on its own.
- Paid advertising and SEO retainers. Optional Search Year is ₹1,49,000 a year and Ads Year ₹1,99,000 a year. Media spend on Google or Meta is yours either way.
- Photography and commissioned copywriting. The scope includes copy and page structure, but production work is partner-fulfilled and Dwize-coordinated, through Photo Pack, Story Pack and Identity Pack add-ons. Photography and creative start at ₹39,999.
- Extra languages beyond the included one: ₹15,000 a year each.
- Domain registration and SSL: a pass-through billed at cost, about ₹2,100 a year.
- Structural rebuilds and other out-of-scope work, quoted separately.
Illustrative year-one cash for a trader who wants English and Hindi and nothing else: ₹49,900 plus about ₹2,100 for the domain, so roughly ₹52,000. Anything beyond that figure is a choice you make in writing.
How delivery and updates run
Delivery is 15 business days from content lock. On a five-day week that is about three weeks. The clock starts at content lock, not at payment, so the thing that moves your launch date is how fast your material reaches us. In plain terms, content lock is the date your final text, photographs and proof are approved. Changes after content lock are handled as Care Year updates once the site is live.
After launch the Care Year takes over. You send a change on the agreed WhatsApp or email path and an in-scope text or image change is live within two business days of receipt. Twelve such updates are included. Each month we reach out with a status note and one question, whether or not you have asked for anything. The Care Year page lists all eight written covenants.
Now the honest arithmetic. Twelve updates is one a month on average. A business whose prices change weekly would use the whole allowance within three months, and after that each further in-scope update costs ₹1,500, GST inclusive. Edge cases, such as whether changing three phone numbers counts as one update, are settled in the written scope, so ask for that sentence.
Here is how a year might go for the illustrative CA practice, with invented but plausible changes: a new fee schedule after the Budget (1), a due-date reminder banner for a filing season (2), a new partner’s name and photo on the About page (3), a changed office address (4), Diwali hours (5), a revised GST service description (6), and a corrected phone number (7). Seven used, five spare. That is a comfortable fit. A sweet shop that changes its price list before every festival would be a different calculation.
Ownership and exit
Your brand, domain, content and the approved public website export remain yours. Dwize keeps the platform code that builds the site, under a licence, unless a Suite contract says otherwise. In practice, if you leave you can hand the exported public site and the DNS guidance to another vendor. You cannot take our platform with you.
The first 30 days are a fit review. If the fit is wrong, the exit is handled in writing. After that, year-end handover includes the content export and DNS guidance.
Best for, and not for
Dwize Site fits professionals, local businesses, family enterprises and serious founders whose first job is credibility: a clinic, a CA practice, a coaching centre, a manufacturer with a stable catalogue. It fits you if you would rather send a change on WhatsApp than hold an admin password.
It does not fit if:
- you need a cart, payments, orders or inventory from day one,
- you want to edit pages yourself every week,
- your prices, menu or stock change often enough to burn through twelve updates,
- you need booking logic, a CRM, an ERP or dashboards,
- you expect a ranking guarantee,
- or you have no content, photographs or proof ready, because the delivery clock cannot start without them.
If you only need one credible link for Instagram and WhatsApp, Dwize Go is the smaller step and costs ₹2,499 a year at the base level.
What you need to send us
The scope sheet asks for these inputs:
- Business name, logo, address, phone and WhatsApp number
- Your Google Business Profile link, if one exists
- Your main services or products and the areas you serve
- Photographs and proof documents: registrations, licences, certificates
- Three reference sites you respect, and what must be different about yours
Four more things save days, even though they are not on the formal sheet:
- One person who can approve the text and say yes
- A decision on the second language, since Hindi is the default
- The legal name exactly as it appears on your invoices
- A decision on who will be the registered holder of the domain
Eight questions for any vendor, including us
- How many pages, in each language?
- Who can edit the text, and how fast does a change go live?
- When does the delivery clock start?
- In whose name is the domain registered?
- Which charges will not appear on your invoice?
- What do you promise about rankings?
- What do I take with me if I leave?
- What will year two cost, in writing, before I decide?
Three checks you can run yourself on any site a vendor has delivered, ours included:
- Open it on your phone over mobile data, not Wi-Fi. If you wait for it, your buyers wait too.
- Search the business name and city, then compare the address, phone number and hours on Maps, WhatsApp and the site. They should agree to the last digit.
- Ask to see your Business Profile from the account that owns it. If the vendor’s login is the owner, ask for ownership to move to you.
If you want us to answer the eight questions for your business, send the checklist and a short note. We will tell you whether Site, Go or neither is the right size.
